Serviced 15-year-old, 80-gallon electric water heater that was not providing sufficient hot water duration. Diagnosed significant sediment build-up at tank bottom. Replaced both heating elements and thermostats, and performed partial sediment removal using vacuum to restore proper heating function and efficiency.
