Inspected air exchanger system for reported water leakage from insulated ductwork. Found moisture on fresh air intake and stale air ducts with wet areas below. Enabled defrost function that was previously disabled to prevent freezing in cold conditions. Installed additional straps on insulated flex ducts to create proper slope for drainage back to unit. Advised homeowner that these adjustments would be monitored for effectiveness in resolving the persistent leakage issue.
