Responded to customer complaint of strong chemical odor from Goodman furnace. Performed comprehensive diagnostic testing using combustion analyzer showing CO2 at 8.1% and excess air at 47.3%. Visual inspection of motor assembly, electrical connections, and ventilation components revealed no obvious source of reported odor. Completed basic cleaning and maintenance service, but could not identify cause of reported smell despite thorough examination.
