Responded to no-heat call for 20+ year old system. Diagnostic testing revealed inducer motor was operating but HSI wasn't glowing despite normal board signals. Discovered debris obstructing pressure switch hoses from collector box; cleared all four ports using thermostat wire and compressed air. System restored to normal operation after cleaning. Customer advised about aging equipment but declined replacement quote at this time.
