Conducted assessment of existing 40-gallon natural gas standard vent water heater, which showed signs of corrosion despite still being operational. Determined a 50-gallon natural gas standard vent water heater would better accommodate growing family needs. Provided replacement options to customer, including potential for combined HVAC and water heater replacement. Customer will consider options presented.
