Performed customer 2 systems fall (Heat) homecare maintenance check. Checked over all operations for the upstairs system. This system is a heat pump system and is two years old. Blower wheel is clean, heat strips are working properly. Evaporator coil is clean. Removed p trap for drain line and took outside and cleaned clogged, replaced Aprilare Model 413 filter. Checked all operations for outdoor unit, capacitor and contactor tested good with no issues. Outdoor condenser coils are very dirty. Refrigerant levels tested good. Everything heating and cooling properly with no issues. Checked over all operations for downstairs system. Unit is 3 years old. Everything is nice and clean inside system, changed (20x25x4) media filters. Blower wheel is clean, cleaned flame sensor. Cleaned pressure switch tube port. Checked outdoor unit, capacitor and contactor tested good with no issues. Recommended new media filters for system, cleaning outdoor condenser coils, adding Uv light and iwave ionize
