The customer is selling the home and (2) things have been notated and have been repaired today and they are as followed: -Kitchen- The duplex receptacle right of the kitchen sink (Circuit #13) is reading “Open Ground”. There is a GFCI receptacle just to the right of it and that GFCI is protecting that receptacle although reading an open ground, it is still code compliant per Article 406 Section 406.4(D)(2)(c) of the 2023 National Electrical Code. I applied the stickers “GFCI Protected” “No Equipment Ground” to the cover plate. The remaining (5) devices left of the sink did not have GFCI protection, the circuit controlling the devices is #22 in the main panel. To correct this I supplied and installed a new Duel Function breaker and after installation I tested the safety feature to ensure it is working properly. -Attic- I supplied and installed a blank plate in the attic.
