Upon arrival customer stated he wanted 2nd opinion on both systems, last company gave him two different stories, started on upstairs unit first, h led to ac mode, went to attic to inspect air handler, checked filter, evap coil, found blower wheel impacted, recommend pulling and cleaning, recommended TE flood protection such as wet switch, inspected outdoor unit, noticed condenser coil slightly impacted, recommend chemical cleaning, checked pressures, temp split, upon checking pressures found unit low on r410, recommend leak search, also gave option to add r410, customer wanted to add refrigerant, added 2lb customer is aware no warranty on repair, next started on main floor unit, cycled tstat to ac mode, went to basement, inspected air handler, replaced customer provided filter, also removed dust and hair out of return plenum, recommend cleaning evap coil, as well as blower wheel, also recommended TE flood protection such as wet switch, inspected condenser coil, found slightly impacted
