Performed 1 system diagnostic for gas leak in upstairs furnace. Found gas’s connection into gas valve faulty and leaking. Also found unit need basic maintenance performed including cleanings and getting unit up to TE standards. Seller elected to complete bandaid repairs will need to return and complete work once parts are available. 4053202026- Barbara
