Our client reach out to us in reference to having a leaky shower valve in the guest bathroom on the main level of home. This was an old Delta with the push button diverter. I informed a customer that has recently purchased the home that it was recently rebuilt and it may be best just to replace the whole valve. The estimate was accepted and the bad valve was replaced. Tested the item for leaks and no leaks were found. The home has been purged and air in the waterlines. Water pressure is at 60 psi and our client is happy.
