Customer called us out for a whole house backup. Customer had septic tank pumped the previous day. We pulled the toilet on the basement level of the home and used our cable machine while maintaining six feet of distance away from the septic tank. We were unable to clear the clog successfully. Customer did not want a sewer supervisor coming out.
