Customers kitchen faucet leaking when turned to one side but not the other in the off position. Customer supplied the cartridge. Customer agreed to have the cartridge replaced by us. Turned the water off to the faucet and replaced reassembled, turned water back on and tested for leaks.No leaks. The noise that the customer was experiencing.I am rather sure was due to a shut off out for the upstairs.Hallway toilet, that was partially on.However, we were not able to reproduce the noise. That same toilet has a very slow running fill valve.That looks like it would take an hour or 2 to fill up. I recommended a toilet rebuild.Customer has not agreed to do that at this moment.
