Came out today because the downstairs system is not cooling. Upon inspection found that the downstairs system had a restriction in the metering device. The system does not have TE standard flood protection. This system does not have any UV protection. This system is a Bryant air handler and heat pump from 2020. Upon inspection of the system found that the systems coil is very dirty and could possibly have other restrictions in it. Due to system still being under warranty will replace coil and TXV. upstairs system Customer says it is working properly. Will need to return once coil arrives to complete work.
