Arrived on site and the customer stated the pressure to the house was over 90Psi per house inspection. We checked pressure to the house at the spigot in the backyard , and got a reading of over 90 psi . We went ahead and replaced the PRV located in the garage, and also replaced the failed spigot that runs outside of the garage as well. We tied the PRV back in using 3/4” pex, 3/4” shut off valve , and replaced the 1/2” water line feeding the replaced spigot with a 1/2” shut off valve as well. We put waterproof clear silicone around the hose bib outside and cleaned up our area after completing the work. New pressure was checked and set to 60 PSI.
