Last Friday evening our AC stopped working. I left an emergency service message with the company that installed the system, then again on Saturday morning. No one returned my call. I researched and called TE. Shortly afterward Brian returned my call and said he could be here at about 3pm. Then called again when he was enroute. Brian throughly inspected our system and found the problem to be a failed capacitor. We had him replace it with a better one. He provided full documentation of his testing and work. He was thorough, professional, and focused on diagnosing and fixing the problem. TE will now be performing all our future HVAC service. We couldn’t be more pleased.
