Sprinkler Inspection 5/2/23MV Emailed Corey and David regarding inspection date 5/11, David confirmed Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspection (2 Wet Systems) Deficiency: Brian would like the overhead door protection to be adjusted. We will be removing both upright pendants from the east side overhead doors and installing a single sidewall for each. Parts needed 2 - 1” X 1/2” reducing coupling threaded 2 - 1/2” brass 155 sidewall SR 2 - 1/2” sidewall head guards 2 - 1” threaded plugs 2 - 0’6” nipples There is a hi-lo basket on-site that reaches the area needed to perform the work. Deficiency: Arrived on site and after talking to Brian he showed us where the noise was coming from. The noise is coming from the 8” heresy swing check that is being used as the backflow. Brian said that the noise hasn’t happened since they turned off the yard sprinklers. With that being said it’s to believe that the spring tension is bad and any time water moves it’s causing the check to open and close old check
