2/7/23 Site asked to put service on hold until issues with system is addressed nothing to do with FSOM / Pipe and Couplings at Shop in Novi DH Sprinkler Repair A tech responded to a service call for a leak on the fire sprinkler piping. The tech noted that the piping was broken due to freezing. The 1 1/2" pipe is in the attic in the office behind the front desk. The dry system is currently down and covers the attic area only. The rest of the building is covered by a wet system. The tech will replace the damaged pipe with new. Per the request of Tyler Light, the tech is to gather the material information needed to install (2) drum drips to the system because there are currently none. A separate quote will be sent to the customer with the cost to install the drips. Inoperable Deficiency: This deficiency is for an addition to the dry sprinkler system we will need to add to drip drums and inspectors test valve.
