Super tune up performed today on a carrier heat pump with air handler installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Biological growth is present inside of the air handler. Scheduled to install an IAQ 300 on Wednesday next week to kill off the existing biological growth and improve air quality in the home. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer would like to schedule rec work for the afternoon of Wednesday the 17th. Customer has paid half down and will pay the remainder upon completion of the work.
