2020 Trane Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Heatstrips were functional and within manufacture range Drain has slight build up is trap System has a wet switch in emergency pan, need float switch in primary line Blower Motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable 2020 Trane Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost board was acceptable Defrost is functional Compressor is over the manufacture LRA rating Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out
