Diagnosed furnace pressure switch errors causing intermittent heating failure. Found pressure switch operating at critical threshold (1-1.3), close to limit. Corrected venting issues by adding higher vent on condensate trap per manufacturer specifications and installed 90° elbow at exhaust to improve orientation. System operational after service but noted pressure readings remain close to switch limit threshold.
