Responded to service call regarding water leakage from furnace previously serviced during routine maintenance. Investigated condensate trap leakage, disassembled and applied silicone to gasket, though leakage persisted. Further inspection revealed potential pinholes developing in heat exchanger. Informed customer of findings and advised replacement of condensate box and gaskets pending their approval.
