Performed furnace tune-up on aging FRP unit, discovering multiple issues including water leakage in upper cabinet, disconnected condensate hose, failing inducer motor capacitor (2.8μF of 4μF rated), and blower motor with excessive play and underperforming capacitor (3.6μF of 7.5μF rated). Heat exchanger inspection showed no compromises; system operated within parameters with 65° temperature rise. Recommended filter replacement and discussed estimates for both motor replacements as well as complete system upgrade options due to unit condition and age.
