Responded to emergency service call for reported gas leak in kitchen. Conducted gas leak detection around stove and identified active leak from one burner valve that was emitting gas even when control knob was in off position. Explained to homeowner that stove repair is outside our scope of service and provided referrals to qualified appliance repair companies.
