Diagnosed heating issue on commercial 8-12 RTU installed in November by Hovland's. Discovered bath fans/occupancy sensors were improperly wired to economizer through thermostat, causing economizer to open fully during daytime operation and preventing proper heating. Disconnected occupancy wire from RTU control board, allowing economizer to maintain 10% fresh air intake without fully opening. This modification should resolve the continuous heating operation and inability to maintain temperature above 60-65°F.
