Responded to a no-heat call for a Weil-McLain boiler that was reportedly not igniting during heat calls. Upon arrival, system was operational; performed comprehensive inspection including ignitor, heat exchanger, gas pressures, and condensate drain. Multiple test cycles confirmed proper ignition sequence and modulation. Customer had recently refilled LP tank, which likely introduced air/moisture into gas line temporarily causing ignition issues. All components functioning normally at departure.
