Diagnosed dual geothermal heat pump system failure due to refrigerant issues. Found upstairs unit completely depleted of charge and main level unit experiencing low pressure cutout. Verified loop field pressure and water flow were adequate. Added approximately 2 lbs of R410A refrigerant with leak detection dye to main level unit to restore temporary heating function while scheduling follow-up appointment to discuss system replacement options.
