Responded to a reported shower leak causing water damage to the lower level. Upon inspection and opening the ceiling, determined the issue was not plumbing-related as the entire roof area was wet with no plumbing fixtures present in the vicinity. Advised customer to contact their roofing contractor or a restoration specialist to address the water intrusion from the roof.
