Responded to warranty callback for newly installed thermostat that was not shutting off the boiler, causing excessive heat in home. Diagnosed issue with sticking zone valve motor that was causing the end switch to remain closed. Replaced zone valve powerhead to resolve the problem and provided replacement thermostat for the removed 40-year-old unit.
