Responded to commercial kitchen water leak issue where dishwasher was backing up during rinse cycle. Upon inspection, determined the 4-inch drain line was causing the backup, which exceeded our equipment capabilities. Documented the motor-pump assembly with photos and referred client to Roto-Rooter for appropriate drain cleaning service. Recommended grease trap pumping as additional maintenance solution.
