Responded to no heat call for Daikin furnace system. Diagnosed high limit switch code; confirmed limit switches functioning properly. Discovered air filter clogged with white dust and deteriorating humidifier pad causing airflow restriction. Replaced both customer-supplied air filter and humidifier pad. Adjusted humidifier settings to properly synchronize with furnace fan operation. System now operating normally with proper airflow and heat production.
