When I arrived, all plumbing fixtures had no water flow. I checked the water meter and main shutoff valves to make sure the water was on and both were in the full open position. I checked the water pressure and the gauge read 0 psi. I loosened the PRV union and slowly cracked the main shutoff open and found full water pressure. The PRV had failed fully closing stopping all water flow. Installed new PRV and main shutoff valves. Tested multiple fixtures and water flow was restored. Set water pressure to 65psi.
