ISSUE: GFCI tripping, infratech heater tripping LOCATION: basement, porch FINDINGS: GFCI controlled outdoor outlets that had a cord and plug connected and buried under ground, moisture causing GFCI to trip. 30 ampInfratech heater installed on 20 amp breaker and is connected to a 20 amp switch. It is wired directly from panel to switch and from switch to heater with no contactor. RESOLUTION:unplugged buried cord and landscaper is redoing the landscaping properly. Left estimate to install contactor, replace breaker, and re-run switch legs
