Homeowner had a smell coming from the pump/pit that catches the kitchenette in the basement. Additionally the check valve for the sewage pump was not up to code. I throughly evaluated the plumbing system and gave the homeowner options for what I recommended. The pump was replaced along with the ball/ check assembly for sewage pit. I additionally replaced some of the pipe and fittings connected to the pump. The RO system filters have been ordered and will be returning to replace when they arrive.
