Tech arrived to perform one system heating tune up in home. System is approximately 5 years old and service entire home. Customer issue is concerning uneven heating in home. There is a big discrepancy between upstairs and downstairs. Inspected system. Changed out filter 16x25x1 for customer. Flushed drain line and cleaned EZ tee with clean out. Cleaned furnace cabinet, cleaned inducer port and cleaned flame sensor. Temperature rise is within specs. System does not have adequate flood protection. Brought recommendations to customer.
