Upon arrival I was pointed to the downstairs bathroom, where there was a leak coming through the ceiling. More accurately there was a stain on the drywall. After approval, we opened up the drywall and did not identify any leaks on the pipe behind the drywall upon further investigation, it is our conclusion that The caulking/grout had failed on the shower, which was allowing water to have a path to the tile floor. Once the water was on the tile floor, it would seep through the grout joints, and then through the subfloor, which would lead it to subsequently drip onto the drywall. After providing options and upon approval, we silicone the shower, surround upstairs and downstairs, removing all old silicone and grout out of the joints. We also replaced the showerhead and in the jack and Jill bathroom upstairs we installed shower guards. Tested everything for leaks and proper function
