Replace Meter housing and main panel that was damaged due to the main breaker shorting out. Installed new panel, new UL listed breakers and whole home surge protector. Homeowner has opted out of doing the smoke detectors. If job fails inspection homeowner is responsible for proceeding with estimate to install hardwired smoke detectors.
