Homeowner had 12 year old water heater in the garage that was not operating properly. Gave options for replacement. Homeowner decided to replace with new 50 gallon standard gas tank heater. We drained and removed the tank. Piped in the new tank. New 1/4 turn shut off valve on the water. Once everything was connected we pressurized the water and gas systems. Verified all connections. We will be returning to replace the venting, install a recirculating pump, and insulate the piping.
