HVAC noise. Customer stated she believes her upstairs unit was making loud noise/ doesn’t sound like other two units next to them. Upon visual inspection unit didn’t duplicate any noise customer referred to but did slight noise could be heard. Spoke to the customer about maintenance plan for full home. After speaking about maintenance customer agreed to sign up. Do not have the time to perform full maintenance today. Scheduled visit for Monday march 16th at 8am. No charge for visit today. Will return to complete maintenance visit on march 16th.
