Tech completed a diagnosis for upstairs system. Tech noticed cracks at upstairs furnace heat exchanger. This is very hazardous and can lead to a fire in home. Tech noticed ductwork not properly size with equipment, bad furnace heating elements, with other major issues affecting furnace and ac unit.
