Replace 3” cast iron penetration (from inside the basement to outside underground) with new schedule 40 solid core PVC. Outside the home, install PVC clean out on sewer line located at a 5’ depth. Camera the rest of the sewer line. We are unsure of the condition of the rest of the sewer line outside. If we come to the conclusion that further repairs will need to be done on the sewer line, a portion of this repair cost can go towards future repairs. Replace PRV and main water shutoff in basement.
