Came in today because costumer was having issues with thermostat and furnace. When testing system found that electrical components were failing and causing a short in the furnace, there was also biological growth inside the system and thermostat was faulty. System is 15+ yo. Let’s costumer know about this issues and presented options including upgrading system. Costumer decided to wait on the upgrade since there is a lot of renovations that he needs to do first so at the moment costumer moved forward with repairs. Work was done and tested. System is.
