Arrived for no heat and found the condensation pump had failed amd was full of water so the thermostat had no power and was burning up making a rubber smell. Before replacing the pump I bypassed it to make sure that was the safety switch killing the system. It was the pump. I replaced the pump and tested it with 3 gallons and the vinyl tubing is ok and dumping water out. System is now heating properly and thermostat is working properly The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
