Existing Moen Flo valve was 3/4” and installed on a 1” line. The hose spigot was tied in before the Flo valve and was not being read. When I removed the valve, there was a large obstruction in the metering wheel. Installed customer provided 1” Moen Flo valve. Removed the sharkbite 90 at the water service entrance and replaced it with a brass pex elbow. I installed a new main shutoff and pressure regulator. The hose spigot is tied in after the Flo valve with a new ball valve. I installed an extra ball valve above the flow valve to allow isolation of the Flo valve and PRV for service and repairs. The left side sink in the upstairs jack and Jill bathroom has been turned off for an extended period of time due to an unknown leak that caused damage to the ceiling below. I cut open the wall to expose the entire drain line to check for damages or leaks. I ran the faucet for 5-10 minutes and found no leaks on the DWV system. I did find a leak on the sink bowl drain and was able to repair it
