Located a gas valve that was hidden behind drywall for a basement fireplace. Check the valve and surrounding fittings for any leaks and verify that the fireplace burner was turning on. This fireplace will be professionally serviced by a dedicated company. Water pressure was at 75 psi and while this is still within the safe limit, I left an estimate to replace the PRV with a shut off valve for the whole house.
