Replaced the failed condenser fan shroud on the outdoor heatpump. I ran the system in heat mode and cooling mode. I found no new fault codes. I cleared all fan fault codes. I reprogrammed the thermostat (reversing valve operation backwards o/b). The system was operating when I left.
