2 system inspection for new buyer, checked both heat mode as well as AC mode, checked amp draw of inducer motor and blower motor. Also checked capacitors downstairs blower motor, capacitor is weak reading 3.4/5, run capacitor is weak, will likely fail within the near future, checked refrigerant levels on both systems, found that downstairs system is low on refrigerant, recommended updating downstairs system, also checked amp draw of compressors as well as condenser fan motors, upstairs capacitor looks good however is very close to being bad, temperature rise/drop looks good, downstairs system does not have any flood protection, upstairs system does have aquaguard float switch, however we do recommend wet switched for both systems to prevent any water damage, Freon levels look good on upstairs system, also recommended UV protection for downstairs system upstairs system does have UV light. There is also some spots on lineset that needs insulation
