Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on all 6 ducted HVAC systems in the home (1. Left Main Floor, 2. Basement/Right Main Floor, 3. Kitchen, 4. Daughter’s Bedroom, 5. Upstairs and 6. Master Bedroom). Tested heating, cooling, auxillary heating and zoning from each thermostat. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of each system. Checked and adjusted gas pressures on the furnaces to be below 3.5” WC. Replaced the 1” air filters at no additional charge and replaced the 4” media filters with approval from the customer. Used the customer-provided SpaceGard 2200 filter for the HVAC system that conditions the daughter’s bedroom. Overall, the systems are in great shape and will last much longer with proper care and maintenance, though there are some additional recommendations for optional enhancements. These recommendations are not at all mandatory. Reported findings to the customer.
