Upon arrival, Customer notified me that we have some bathroom outlets that are not working as intended. Customer notified me that an electrician came out previously, diagnosed the outlets and replaced the device and temporarily restored power back to this location. Customer notified me that he utilized a hairdryer in the bathroom and after we use the hairdryer, we determined that we lost power to these outlets. We will be conducting a diagnosis today determine why we lost power to this location and provide the customer with simple or long-term solutions to restore power to this circuit permanently. Customer has 2 outdoor outlets that need replacing due to rough condition (front and back porch locations)
