I arrived at the customers home and he’s been having repeat clogs in his basement for the last three years. He currently rents out his basement as an Airbnb part-time. He called us out because he was experiencing a back up. I pulled the toilet in first attempted to run a drain machine which was unsuccessful. Then I ran a camera inspection to find a point where I cannot push past any further. The customers main level of the home goes out the front of his house towards the city sewer. The basement has original cast-iron that leads up the back of his house to what I believe to be a septic tank. I was unable to camera all the way up to the septic tank. I propose the option of hand digging as the sewer line exits the home and putting a two-way cleanout for sewer access, putting a sewer popper cap, and replacing up to the point where my camera would not push past any further. In the event that the obstruction point is the inlet to the septic tank we would stop there and recommend the custome
