Arrived on site and customer stated that the downstairs toilet had been leaking at the base. I went ahead and pulled the toilet and found that the flange was sitting about a 1/2 inch above the floor level. I explained to customer that flange would need to be cut out and replaced and that I would have to remove tile around the flange in order to get the flange to sit in the drain line properly . Customer agreed to have me move forward with the work. After all work was completed I went ahead and tested the toilet to ensure no issues .
